Through research and meetings, I delved into the intricacies of Gallery Partnership’s business, systems, and customer challenges. Understanding the nuances of their existing website allowed us to pinpoint areas for improvement.
From these meetings with Gallery Partnership, I was able to get an understanding of what needed adding and removing from the current website allowing me to create a new revised sitemap.
The goal was to design a website that not only positions Gallery Partnership as a leader in software and IT Support for charities but also modernises the overall feel of their website and brand.
In the next stage after conducting the user research, I embarked on the creation of the User Experience wireframe designs. The designs were created off the back of the Gallery Partnership sitemap and UX review of their current website. The primary objective was to modernise their brand and website, highlighting their main service – Benefactor Cloud and making the website flow easier for the user to follow.
Through prototyping, I transformed initial ideas into interactive mockups, enabling us to visualise the user journey and gather valuable feedback from Gallery Partnership.
